Since I did not make it in any of the Thanksgiving Day pictures here is one of me the day after. John was home feverish and fighting a cold and took the picture for me. It was a good day to watch a parade and so we did.... the Thanksgiving Day parade. Penny squeezed in next to my laptop while I worked on catching up on the blog and some email. It was a very relaxing morning. John really enjoyed seeing the floats and hearing the Christmas music. When Santa came at the end he was genuinely excited at 8 years old. I love my children and their innocence and excitement.

I am sad. I missed the parade. With no kids in the house I forgot. but it was a calm quiet morning.
