This morning we had tickets to see the Statue at Liberty at 9am so we took the metro all the way to the south end of Manhattan, Battery Park, got on the ferry and toured the Statue.
We then took the ferry to Ellis Island and enjoyed the history there.
The ferry then took us back to Battery Park where we walked to the World Trade Center Site and talked about all the history there.
At this point we needed to start our journey home
.... so sad for our NYC trip to end.
But probably time... as we were all exhausted!

I know you all had a wonderful time, I can tell by all the tired bodies draping the seats....
