Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

Sunday morning came early but we were excited. Up at 3 am and on our way we had a smooth day as we headed to long term parking, into the airport in Frankfurt, flew to Rome and then took a taxi which dropped us off right at the entrance of the ship terminal. We were one of the first ones to board the Navigator of the Seas, leaving out of Civitavecchia/ Rome Italy. We got some lunch at the Café on board and then went to take a nap.

Tori ... you might be interested to know our muster station was in the dining room... M said it was because we were on Deck 2 and we were really fish food...they really had no plan for us to escape in an emergency. Whatever the reason we sat "comfortably" with our life jackets on for the entire drill!

We then explored the ship, played some Putt Putt and freshened up for dinner in the dining room. Let the feasting begin!!! Our waiter was Edguado from the Philippines and Gokhan from Turkey assisted him.

We then caught the Welcome Aboard Show which was an amazing couple, Duo Valtart from the Cirque de Soleil and then the World Champion Juggler, Scott Cavanaugh . (check out those links... they are must sees! Duo Valtart even has a video.) We hit the bed just thrilled and exhausted at the same time!
